Therapies
Individual Therapy
Private sessions with board-certified counselors to process personal history, set goals, and develop individualized relapse prevention strategies.

What Individual Therapy involves
Individual therapy is the part of treatment that belongs only to you. You meet one-to-one with the same licensed clinician throughout your stay, which means you are not re-explaining your history to a new face every week.
Sessions are where the details of your own situation get worked through — what led to substance use, what has been tried before, what is waiting for you at home, and what specifically tends to precede a return to use. That work produces your relapse-prevention plan, and it is revisited as your circumstances change rather than written once at intake.
What to expect
A consistent clinician
You work with the same counselor across levels of care, so progress carries forward instead of restarting.
Your own treatment plan
Goals, triggers and coping strategies are written for your history, not a template, and adjusted as you progress.
Private by design
Individual sessions are confidential and separate from group work — the place for anything you are not ready to say in a room.
Where it fits in your care
