About:
Lindsay Arndorfer is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping people feel connected and supported. As Alumni Coordinator, she works to create opportunities for alumni to stay connected to one another and to the recovery community long after treatment ends.
Lindsay brings more than 15 years of experience in relationship-focused roles across leadership, education, and technology. Most recently, she worked in a middle school supporting students with complex emotional and behavioral needs. That experience strengthened her interest in mental health and substance use and reinforced something that has been a common thread throughout her career: relationships matter, and people do better when they feel like they have someone in their corner.
Lindsay is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Grand View University with a clinical focus. Her move into behavioral health has been shaped by a desire to better understand people, their experiences, and the environments and relationships that influence their lives.
As Alumni Coordinator, Lindsay will develop events, programming, outreach, and other ways for alumni to stay involved and connected. She believes recovery is about more than what happens during treatment—it’s also about building relationships, finding community, and creating a life that feels meaningful moving forward.
