Alexander "Alex" Maddux

Alexander Maddux serves as Director of Operations, bringing more than a decade of experience across behavioral health, rehabilitation, case management, corrections, and security operations. Throughout his career, he has dedicated himself to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and complex life circumstances, helping them access resources, navigate barriers, and build pathways toward lasting stability. Prior to joining the organization, Alex held leadership roles in community behavioral health, where he coordinated care for individuals with serious mental illness, managed crisis situations, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and long-term success.

His diverse professional background also includes experience in juvenile corrections, correctional healthcare, and security supervision, providing him with extensive expertise in crisis intervention, de-escalation, risk assessment, investigations, and maintaining safe, structured environments. Known for his strong leadership, professionalism, and commitment to client-centered care, Alex combines operational excellence with a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach.
