Lacey Stielow, MSN, RN, serves as the Director of Nursing at Des Moines Wellness Center. With a background in emergency and critical care nursing, nursing education, and healthcare leadership, she is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting and developing strong clinical teams. Lacey is committed to fostering a culture of trust, teamwork, and continuous learning, and believes every patient deserves to feel respected, supported, and empowered on their journey to recovery and wellness. She is especially passionate about mentoring nurses, building collaborative teams, and helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging moments with dignity and hope.
